The willingness of the staff and volunteers to help whenever possible.
A possible improvement might be in the inquiries of the catering staff as to what patient want to eat. Perhaps this could be done by a form each morning rather than disturbing patients in the afternoon.

We like the homely feel.

Wonderful, cheery, attentive staff.
I feel extremely safe in this environment which of course aids 100 percent to my health improvement.
